This page explains what AV-AMERICA collects when you use the free tools on this site, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and how to reach us about it.

Who is responsible for your data

AV-AMERICA, based in Orlando, is the controller of the personal information collected through this site. Dynamanic built and operates the site on AV-AMERICA's behalf and acts only on AV-AMERICA's instructions.

What we collect

When you request the venue guide, run the readiness assessment, share a quote for an audit, or ask for a call, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role, and phone number if you give it, plus the event details you describe (event type, month, attendee count, venue, goals, budget range, and any quote text or file you share).

We also record how you found us (campaign parameters and referring page from the link you arrived on), a hashed version of your network address and your browser type as evidence of consent, and the version of the consent sentence you saw when you submitted the form.

Why we collect it

To produce and email the result you asked for, to let a member of the AV-AMERICA team follow up with recommendations specific to your event, and to understand which advertising brought planners to the site so that budget is spent sensibly.

AI drafts the first pass of your results and of the follow-up note. A person at AV-AMERICA reads every result before contacting you.

Who processes it for us

Anthropic (Claude) generates assessment results, budget audits, and draft follow-up emails from the details you provide. Quote text is sent for analysis only.

Resend delivers our email. Vercel hosts the site and Turso stores the database. Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag) measure advertising performance when their tags are configured, as described under advertising cookies below.

If AV-AMERICA connects a CRM, your contact details and the tool you used are copied there so the team can keep one record of the conversation. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Lead and event records are kept for 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time using the contact below.

Advertising cookies and tags

When configured, this site loads Google and LinkedIn advertising tags. They set cookies in your browser to measure whether an ad led to a guide download, an assessment, an audit, or a booked call, and to show you our ads on other sites afterward. A short notice appears on your first visit whenever these tags are active. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's and LinkedIn's ad settings pages.

A first-party cookie named lm_attr stores the campaign that brought you here for 30 days so we can credit the right ad. It contains no personal details.

Email and how to unsubscribe

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. One click removes you, and you can also reply to any email with the word unsubscribe. Emails that deliver a result you requested are sent once and are not marketing.

Your choices and contact

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to follow-up at any time. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
